Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

appkiss is an online betting platform operating under international licensing, offering services that include online slots, live casino, sports betting and various other game categories to users in Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and appkiss ("Platform", "We" or "appkiss"). This Agreement governs your access to, and use of, the platform, website, software and all services provided by appkiss.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing the account registration process, making your first deposit or logging into your account for the first time, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them without any exceptions.

2. Account Registration and Management

To register an appkiss account, users must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership:

• Be at least 21 years of age. appkiss does not accept registrations from individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction or court order prohibiting participation in betting activities.
• Provide accurate, current and truthful personal information during registration, including your full name as shown on your MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and freezing of balances without prior notice.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including activities carried out without your knowledge due to negligence in keeping your password secure.

Users must notify the appkiss support team immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. appkiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or other supporting documents) at any time to confirm the accuracy of information provided.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

appkiss accepts deposits via approved payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen.

All deposits made must originate from a financial account registered in the same name as the appkiss account holder. Deposits from third parties, including family members, friends or any other individuals, are prohibited.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information entered is accurate. appkiss is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user during the deposit process.

4. Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. The standard processing period is between 5 to 30 minutes depending on the withdrawal method and network conditions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account in the name of the registered user. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited. Before the first withdrawal is processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process involving the submission of valid identification documents.

• Real money balances that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• appkiss reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify the validity of a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the deposit may require additional verification.
• appkiss reserves the right to suspend processing of withdrawals that raise concerns related to fraud or money laundering until an investigation is completed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

appkiss offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM100 bringing the total balance to RM200, and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.

appkiss VIP Programme has three membership tiers with different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4% of net wagering value
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% of net wagering value
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2% of net bet value

VIP level upgrades depend on the user's playing activity and loyalty on the platform. appkiss reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users suspected of abusing promotions through hedging bets, syndication or other fraudulent methods will forfeit their right to those bonuses.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games on the appkiss platform are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome. Results produced by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a provable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, appkiss reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered credits to the user's account. appkiss's decision in such matters is final.

• Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, cheating tools or other unfair methods to gain an advantage in any game.
• Bets placed using syndication or group methods for the purpose of transferring funds are prohibited.
• appkiss reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or with fraudulent intent.

7. Prohibition of Fraud and Misconduct

appkiss takes all attempts to defraud the platform, other players or the integrity of the games seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action without prior notice:

• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using stolen, forged or non-personal payment methods to make deposits.
• Placing hedging bets across multiple accounts for the purpose of improperly claiming bonuses.
• Launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts or attempts to manipulate the appkiss system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about appkiss to the public.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the appkiss support team via live chat or email. Eligible balances will be transferred to the registered bank account or e-wallet once all checks have been completed.

appkiss reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity or activity that could potentially compromise the security of the platform.
• The user fails to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Instructions are received from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

9. Responsible Gambling

appkiss fully supports responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides self-control tools that users can use to better manage their betting habits. Users may contact our support team to set deposit limits, betting limits or a break period from the platform.

appkiss also offers a self-exclusion option for users who feel that gambling has negatively affected their lives. Users who choose self-exclusion will not be permitted to access their accounts during the specified period. appkiss is not responsible for any losses incurred during the self-exclusion period if the user manages to access the platform through unauthorised means.

10. appkiss Liability Limits

appkiss is not responsible for any losses arising from betting outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, third-party network failures or use of the platform that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and appkiss makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. appkiss will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits or consequential losses suffered by users.

appkiss's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual balance available in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

appkiss reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time for operational reasons, changes in law or platform policy. Changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on the appkiss website.

appkiss will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, users are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current terms in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which appkiss holds its international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with applicable law, that provision alone will be considered void without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement.

The Malay and English versions of these Terms and Conditions carry equal weight. Should there be any inconsistency in interpretation, the English version will be used as the reference for resolving disputes.
